“We booked the kayaking and snorkelling with turtles and dolphins tour and had a really disappointing experience from start to finish. We were the only English speakers in a very large group, and the instructor spoke almost entirely in French, laughing and chatting with everyone else while barely speaking to us. When he did, it was only a few short sentences and we felt completely left out. We were told we would “try kayaking for a bit” and could turn back if needed, but that never happened. The instructor didn’t check if we were okay at any point, despite us clearly struggling to keep the kayak straight and falling far…”
