“Beware ! They will also ask you to leave a review before the tour is done. There is a reason they do that. Our tour guide was great however I feel this tour had so many unsafe practices. We were given keys to drive our own van and did not have a guide drive us after having tequila etc. I have never bee in a tour where you are asked to drive your own vehicle we paid for a guide tour with vans that were labeled not a broken down van that we drove ourselves. The atvs were worn out. My brakes did. Not even work. Not to mention the…”

“This was a very well-run snorkelling tour and one of the highlights of our cruise stop in Cozumel. The crew was professional, friendly, and safety-focused, and the group size was small, which made the experience much more enjoyable. We snorkelled at several beautiful locations and saw sea turtles, lots of tropical fish, coral formations, and the famous El Cielo starfish area. All equipment was provided, along with snacks and drinks. Clear instructions, smooth logistics, and no rushing. A great option for families and first-time snorkellers as well.”

“I travelled on a Virgin Voyage cruise and ported at Punta Langosta cruise terminal. A 2 minute walk and Julio Cesar was waiting for us and greeted us immediately. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt welcomed and he made sure we did all the activities we wanted. We went to amazing beaches, saw crocodiles, snorkelling, tequila tasting, and had delicious tacos for lunch (included). The jeeps were comfortable and had A/C. Overall it was a great tour that did not feel rushed and we still had time after the tour to explore the island before we returned to our ship. Thank you so much Julio!”

We saw a turtle, lots of GIANT starfish, stingrays, and beautiful fish. The food and drinks were delicious, but what really made the trip was the kindness of the crew and how much fun they made sure we were all having. 10/10 would book this same excursion with the same crew again in a heartbeat!!”

★★★★★★★★★★4.5 · 297 reviews · 1 hour 35 minutes (approx.) · from $39

Cruise Cozumel in a crystal-clear boat with a captain and snorkel guide, looking down at fish, coral, and sunken ships. You can stay aboard or use the provided mask, fins, snorkel, and vest during the reef stop. Guides such as Jose, Saidy, Jessica, and Emanuel have earned strong praise for safety and helpful service.

“I would not recommend this experience based on the misleading information however the tour guides were great. The company lied on their website about several key parts of the service. First, the actual time spent snorkeling was much shorter than advertised. Instead of enjoying the activity we paid for, we wasted a huge chunk of time taking staged photos for an upsell at the end. It felt like the priority was to sell us pictures, not to deliver a great experience. They also claimed that beer would be provided but all they’d provide is one bottle of water or cheap sodas. This was a big part of what was advertised,…”

“This was not a snorkel experience since they provided no fins! Just a mask and snorkel. Also, pretty sure one of the reefs we went to was dead :/ Not a catamaran either…a sad old boat. Overpriced. Only redeeming aspect was the sandbar at the end with some booze and ceviche. 10/10 would not go!”

★★★★★★★★★★4.5 · 251 reviews · 4 hours (approx.) · from $59

Cruise from Marina Cozumel ASIPONA to reef sites, El Cielo, El Cielito, and shallow stingray waters. You’ll snorkel with a small group of up to 16, using provided gear, then enjoy drinks and a snack such as ceviche. Guides including Felipe, Simon, and Miguel have earned praise for patient, safety-minded help.

“Guides were friendly and helpful but I wouldn’t choose this activity again. First of all, we did not go to a turtle sanctuary as advertised. Second, the amount of time spent in the small, uncomfortable speed boat was very high in proportion to the snorkeling time. Third, the snorkeling itself was poor and unexciting. And finally, it was a real hassle to get a taxi to and from the cruise port to the poorly marked store where we had to meet up.”
